Bunnicula: A Rabbit Tale of Mystery
All time favorite! I've loved it since I was eight. A classic!
The Last Werewolf by Glen Duncan
As for a new favorite: The Last Werewolf. Although the reader sympathizes with the
monster, this is a terrific werewolf tale.
Bloodcurdling Tales of Horror and the Macabre: The Best of H.P. Lovecraft
I'd also like to give a shout out to H.P. Lovecraft's short stories, specifically "The Picture in the House." A bonus horror comes from the person Lovecraft was--he was a staunch believer in the eugenics movement of the early 1920s.
