It's October and that means football, fall colors, and Halloween, one of my favorite holidays. For decorating, who better to turn to than Martha Stewart? Her Halloween special always contains a lot of fun tips.
The Phyllis Hoffman Celebrate Halloween is
another good title. Her 'Dark and Stormy Night' drink is something even I could make.
If you're thinking of renting a horror film we have a great selection of movie magazines.
Fangoria is always fun and always bloody (fake blood I hope).
HorrorHound is new to our stores but a good title to catch up with Freddy Kruger, Leatherface, and even 'The Munsters.' Famous Monsters of Filmland has a nice article about the Salem Witch Museum, just 45 minutes from Boston and even closer by broom.
Speaking of witches, we also have on hand The Witches Almanac. Something is always afoot in the season of the witch.
And finally, if you're into ink, piercings, and botched surgeries, then Bizarre might be right up your alley. On the cover it reads 'Don't buy if you're easily offended' and they mean it. You've been warned.
Happy Halloween!
