In honor of Joe Eichman, BTC's creator, this week is going to be "Farm and Garden" week here on the blog. Joe has just moved 1000 miles east to be a farmer. But don't worry, he's going to be our first rural correspondent, so you'll still be getting great reviews (as well as some sage farming advice, we hope) from Joe as soon as he gets unpacked.
