Pete Says: Fashion is Raging in the TC Newsstands

Summer is winding down and it's time to spruce up the autumn wardrobe. I only know not to wear white shoes after Labor Day, but for those in the know there's nothing better than the September issue of Vogue. It's a fat one this year and selling fast.
