We went to a gig by one of our favourite bands just before Christmas and spent ages playing with this - stand in front and wave your arms and you can conduct it! Apparently there will be 4 of them eventually - 100 books each - to celebrate 400 years of libraries in Bristol.
BY the way - the band we went to see was very appropriate - they are called the Bookshop Band and write songs about books and play them in book shops (and libraries). http://www.thebookshopband.co.uk/
Jackie - you should come and visit the UK! The West Country is lovely and home of our wonderful book shop, Mr B's Emporium of Reading Delights. I often get good ideas for books (particularly on American politics and political history for presents for my husband) from this blog and ask Mr B's to order them for me. Tattered Cover don't actually get the sale, but I try to keep it in the indie family this side of the pond. So please keep up the good work!
I'm so glad that the blog led you to find some great reads. I'm always pleased to give readers something new to try. As for the UK, it's not going to be any time soon, but I will certainly be interested in Mr.B's place.

What a delightful story. I really want to play with those myself. Ah...some day.
